House energy sub committee just advanced bill to end the 40 year U.S crude export ban

It now goes to full committee.....house vote.....off to Senate.......Presidents desk by the end of the year. It's rare legislation for having bi-partisian support and little opposition. The president has already signaled support after his ordered review on the impact showed increased labor and lower prices.
