A while back a manager got a 0 on his compass score. His team decided they wanted to be rid of him, so they ALL took the survey without answering the questions. He was not fired, but he was put through training. I didn't work for him, but he really changed, got promoted.
Just because the manager got a low score doesn't necessarily mean they are a bad manager. Could just be a couple asshole outfitters that marked everything low on the survey.
