Being a manager at csw for over 36 years entitles me to keep my position as they lay the younger less experienced off. I have proven my worth time and time again. That is why I am still here. Those concerned about their jobs or positions need to realize that. Good luck suckers.

You know, I'm not from CS-W, but I must say that your attitude is progressive, engaging for both nascent and prospective employees/customers, and not the least bit myopic. It's wonderful to know that the shot-callers for your unit judge success and measure experience by the length of time they've devoted to sitting in the same seat, and driving the exact same commute, throughout your one-dimensional lives. You deserve your boring career, your family's embarrassment/hatred, and the continued resentment of those who are unfortunate enough to report to you. Go do something with your life other than ruining the company, you pathetic loser.
