UOP is a joke. Not pertaining to the education component but more regarding the leadership. Pay attention! None of them do anything on the Director, Sr. Director or VP levels except bark orders that make no sense. They're borderline racists and sexists. I had a couple of Directors ask me why there were so many black people at my campus. Then they tried to "diversify" which was an epic fail. Notice how there are only a few non-white women in any senior position. They get rid od them on some bs. All of those upper crust leaders save each other. They create positions for each other and continue getting enormous salaries for doing nothing while management and staff who actually have to work get nothing. I was not an ER so trust I know lots. HRBP's are a joke. They work against staff and are all in favor for what directors want to do. Complaining to them is pointless. Some of these posts on here are so dumb. Get serious about your lives if you're working there. Go outside of the organization and complain. They hate the publicity. That's how you get them! EEOC, Local news where they have campuses, etc. You have no idea what happens behind the scenes. If you did......

You are right about the Business Partners. Never had one of them respond to a complaint in a manner that benefited employees over management. Going to them to only puts employees on the radar as troublemakers to be scrutinized in the future.
Oh, please. That truth pertains to the so-called 'education' component too. That's why nobody in the real world takes UoP seriously. It's all pretend.
