Suffice it to say that these are not open forums for the free flow of information. Your opinion is asked, and it had better agree with his otherwise you get slammed down pretty quick. With so many layoffs recently its not hard to see that an opinion out of line with his will put you on the "to be fired" list. So really a pointless exercise as most just shut up and keep their (well informed and productive) opinions to themselves.
