Yes you are correct about the numbers. It was started in the News Paper article 220. Some contract employees also involved. It was a continuous cutback of staff dating back to the purchase. Sad day for the Jack-up Drilling Rig Industry. The first one was built in the Vicksburg Yard.
Wow!! Was wondering if Keppel would want to take that plant since its all LTI Offshore. Anybody know how many people are currently at Vicksburg? I thought they didn't have much more than 200.
