The angst expressed by so many CVX posters does not reflect positively upon on any of us for sure. But the anger and extreme disappointment does reflect how personally invested we are in the company's quest for success. Yeah we all wear the albatross of CPDEP, CSOC, PMPs, and other processes around our neck. We have also come to realize that the Chevron Way and the Tenets of Operation apply to everything except MCP execution and the core business of finding and developing O foolish as it may be.
