It dawned on me a few days ago that the feelings about this round of layoffs and who will be let go this round is really similar to the Hunger Games. Most people think older people will be because they are more expensive then younger people (the older people had more lots to be picked from in the hunger games). Yet some young people will also be let go (Rue was picked and sent to the games). Also some people will probably be saved from people filing out the EOI (Primrose is saved by Katniss). That is just a few of the analogies I have. So o think we should quit saying good luck everyone and start saying and may the odds ever be in your favor.
