HOUSTON we have a problem. Ready!!! ..... In the wake of the lay-offs and the shitty little severance packages.$ 2,800 for 1 year and 3,700 for 5 years ! Example . Baker Hughes has come up with a new deal. They will lay-off all of the employees by the end of the year!

But wait theres more! Unlike your old buddies at Alice, Texas $17,000 $23,000 severance packages.

They will lay all the loyal ones off! Then shut down the yard! And technically you don't get the big package!

Oh! wait Yes you did get it! The moral of the story... It doesn't pay to kiss your supervisors ass! And ride him to end! Baker got you! In the end... The rear end!

I was one of the newest hires when san antonio opened..

What we all saw was lies and more lies. The place was horribly run and the supervisors at the time were all jokes. The management team at the time were complete liars who also had no clue about leadership. There were a few guys who were great, but they were few. I left in 2011 after i had enough of the lies. I also know that alot of those crappy managers and supervisors are gone.. Good!

I was with baker hughes for 11 years.

As for alice, good riddance to all the sarcastic egotistical vatos.
