I was based out of US land and asked to move oversea to help our company for about 2 years. I spent 6 months living and working there but I was told that I have been let go due to the downsize. I had no idea the company had let go 25% of its staff. Luckily the company has offer me severance package and benefits for 3 months. Good luck to everyone.
