Guys open your eyes. The handful of racist here that keep spewing this garbage are no doubt the low life managers who would do anything to keep their job. Think about it. There's only X amount of positions that bhi people will be able to get. It cost money to lay folks off. So let's start a race war. Just like in American politics today. The race war is being ran and promotes by our oligarchical leaders, so is it here on this forum and in our company. They're counting on you to slip up and say thing to get you fired, hey that's one last severance we have to pay, right!? We need to stand together and do a good job. Focus on safety, productivity and build meaningful relationships with each other and help each other out. Is your manager helping you? No. Help your fellow worker, your brother next to you. Because together both of you are stronger and more peoductive than your manager.
