Bye Bye WFT Bye Bye
GE OR NOV
I just did some research on the financials for Weatherford and some other oil field services companies for comparison. It really doesn't look good for Weatherford. Any comments? Is there a company out there looking to take over WFT?
According to Bloomberg at 1:49 pm Est. "We rate WEATHERFORD INTL PLC (WFT) a SELL. This is driven by a few notable weaknesses, which we believe should have a greater impact than any strengths, and could make it more difficult for investors to achieve positive results compared to most of the stocks we cover. The company's weaknesses can be seen in multiple areas, such as its deteriorating net income, disappointing return on equity, poor profit margins, weak operating cash flow and generally high debt management risk."
WFT is an acronym for Weatherford Fishing Tools
I can't find anything on a Chapter 7. I think it's BS.
I heard also on Bloomberg earlier, just once. Haven't heard again though, but I think original post is correct and not BS.
Any verifiable links? Pleas share.
