Still he does not do anything, for the people who cannot figure out who is this zombie here is his name: PE. Same for all reports under him, only the actual people at the floor do some decent job.
Do you blame the poor guy? There's 50% chance we'll be joining him if you're an asset to the company. Management and thier toadies are safe.
