QCA was supposed to write the test software for a crucial part of the 810 chip, and they never did. QTC, which relied on the test software, got blamed for the project being behind schedule, and a lot of people will probably lose their jobs because of bad reviews. So thanks, QCA. I can just imagine the JANA Board members rubbing their hands in anticipation of all of the money they will save on plumbing when they build that new factory in Chenai!
