Up till a few years ago, we were consistently iin Fortune's "Top 100 Companies to Work For". Now we're a crap company with a horrible corporate culture, nonstop rolling layoffs, a laughing-stock management and people so miserable they are just quitting. What the hell happened ? Other corporations, deep dive into whatever Mattel did in the last 5 years and do just the opposite. For starters, don't even mention PLM.

What do you expect? This is a Toy Company led by Senior Management who have no interest in Toys. These people could not have built this company. They can destroy it.
