I believe Apollo has lost the analyst community.
This should bring mid-quarter analyst downgrades as well as negative estimates revisions.

It depends upon what you mean by implode. EDMC was delisted on the stock exchange last year (OTC trading at 9 cents today) - 11B lawsuit lingers after .... years. Other lawsuits yet to be settled too. These for-profit-schools are dying very slow deaths. Would an edmc death save phoenix? What about the others that have already imploded. The government doesn't want another COCO ... if they all go bust - no money to pay back students. Layoffs and downsizing are certain but the executives are not feeling much pain. It will be the employees, students, and tax payers who will get hurt.
