I say move in with them if you are single and they are good parents who will respect that you are adult. Especially if they have a roomy house and go on vacation from time to time. They will live having you and you will learn much about each other.
No, there are a lot of you people that can't qualify to own...
anybody can afford to rent money to "own". Not terribly impressive when people "buy" houses.
