Well this was my last week working for EDMC. I am so relieved not to be working for the tyrant winsky anymore. While I was there I observed him perform so many HR violations that I lost count. So glad to be out of there. I wish everybody at the campuses well.

Why wouldn't the lady who left last week post about it here? It sounds to me like the it's not the poster who is telling tales. Not surprising though, the crew at CS has lied for so long that they don't know what truth is any more.
I can't imagine the poster is from EDMC. I seriously doubt that. I love DFinuf, but if he is allowing JR to violate HR laws ( and believe me, I worked on a campus under that horrible, dishonest! discriminatory, unethical poor excuse foe a VP) then unfortunately he will probably go too. The cream always rises to the top for unethical people - it's just a matter of time.

One of the ladies that worked AT CS with Rinsky is still there. The other left last week on her own terms, and wouldn't post about here. Whoever wrote this is trying to sound like they worked there with him. Keep it real people.
You put CS Career Services...but you were on a campus, right? There are only two people work at CS (central services). One already left last week and the other is still there. Neither of them wrote this.
I'm too young to be having panic attacks and going home everyday all stressed out. His tactics will soon catch up to him.

Did you choose to go or did Windsky do his usual backstabbing, just as he did the two before you? Either way, I'm glad you are out of that toxic hole. God willing, KKR will get smart and redline DFuf and literally save over a million in salary. He is the real problem and lets Winsky and others like him do as they please. Hope you didn't have to listen to DFuf's public dribble about how he struggles with his faith in making the "tough" decisions.
