If it is do you think it will make chevron more competitive? Should it be a yearly process. If chevron got rid of all the useless incompetent leaders I would be okay with it but to be ranked by turds scares me. I personally think with the current definition of a LEADER the RAE process would eliminate some of the hardest working and brightest minds that don't network enough. I get it you need to network at chevron and ones ability to socialize is important but at the end if the day the quantity and quality of work and the value to the corporation should be the end all be all. 1 get results the right way, 2 get results the wrong way, 2- limited results the right way, 3 no results complete ass only drank coffee with "mentors" and created presentations about safety and diversity.
