Not one of you can do your job. People reach out to you for help, none of you seem to comprehend this. Copying and pasting nonsense out of the FA Web and telling people to refer to this crap does not solve issues. Instead of pulling this bs on every ticket just to quickly close out the ticket and avoid work, how about all three of you do the company a favor and quit. You three are total f in turds and really serve no purpose here. If there was an Epic for biggest turds, you three would hold the record.

Bravo, thank you for calling out those 3 minions, I can never get an adequate response from them either. When I do it is some nonsense putting me back at square 1 and forcing me to have my mgr reach out to the CRL. FIRE THEM! Please God!
