I am getting tired of hearing "business as usual" rhetoric and "keep doing what you're doing..." This company is f#$ked! The people that are being retained are all part of the "good 'ol boy" club. They will be left with a shit load of work as people leave. HCL stock is falling apart and IBM is planning on dropping them due to poor service and long resolution times. Just wait until R is on the cutting edge of defining their next level of expectations, and working to exceed them.

yes when you let your worst managers and directors get to pick whom they keep you will get the good ole boy club. the remaining IT is nearly a joke with the exception of a few
