BD did not lay us off on Sept is because they want all of us to transfer to HCL --- BD did not lay us off on Sept is because they want all of us to transfer to HCL, but I don’t think it will ever happen. I will interview with the HCL but I will not take a job from them. My purpose is using them to practice my interview skill and give them a surprise that I reject their offer.

HCL doesn't need you - why hire you when they can get offshore people at a fraction of the price? dream on.
Only a handful will be hired onto HCL.
