Don't sweat rumors of layoffs, there's nothing you can do about it anyway. Instead focus on your personal exit plan. Being proactive is healthier in the log run.

What is happening in the next two weeks. I need more information. How am I expected to run this company when I don't know anything?

Anonymous is the Noble management team. You will find them at the top of the org chart.

Nice try "Dave" from State Farm. If you don't like the comments you see in this space why don't you just sit yourself down and reflect on the mess you made. Market cycles happen. In a rising market anyone can make money. You and the executive team however were arrogant enough to boast that rising profits were due to your special talents rather than the result of rising prices. It was convenient, take responsibility for market induced revenue increases, get paid a big bonus. Good for you. Trouble is you were so preoccupied with this fortuitous state of affairs that you didn't see what was coming next. You put your blinders on and eagerly jumped into costly commitments. Some examples? Lets see: worthless and exorbitantly expensive exploration acreage, pricy Marcellus gas licenses, a costly and unnecessary office complex and of course, the Rosetta millstone are just a few that come to mind. Yes indeed, you and the executive team were proudly responsible for all of this. Now the market's turned. Anyone with half a brain could have predicted it. Not you though. So what is your solution? Hold the employees accountable. Pure Genius! This way you keep your job and get another bonus too. By the way, you look hideous in khakis.

I am having trouble finding Anonymous in the employee directory.

Please only use your real name or employee ID when posting on this site.

Maybe instead of trolling this site Dave - you should be paying more attention to the MANY employees sitting around doing nothing, working 5-6 hours a day max......

That should make the numbers pretty easy for you.
