23.... One year with a 2- from an asshole who everyone knows gives negative feedback and I get cut.... Everyone knows who the asshole is... He should have been cut with the Chevron Texaco merger

You don't get to PSG 26 just like that. Those are mid-upper level managers or extremely valuable staff. I doubt a lot of them have reasons to complain on this board.
So none of the PG 26 and above managers hit the road. Hmmm

— Anonymous177728 -- DWEP was not in scope of Project Alpha (ROM) but decided to do what is necessary to help the corporation and did a RAE. They let go about 55 people about a month ago including 7 engineers. From what I understand everyone who had a "2-" ranking in the last 3 years was put on the list and unless you had someone fighting for you, you were out.

FYI DWEP overall was notin scope but some support groups were like Subsea Intrrvention and Rig Contracts
728- DWEP is not part of Alpha
Perhaps I don't understand the process. How are PSG 20 left standing? Can't PSG 20 people still try for ROM 3? Or maybe it varies by function.

unfortunately, over continuity concerns certain characters have remained in the company who have absolutely no leadership skills and constantly exploding and blaming it on others

Any Engineers left standing? I was told that Deep Water is not laying off Engineers.
