That's b/s cause we field hands making money for company to pay your dam wages you get raise but we get pay cut and ordered to go to work and take sack full of gloves it cost more to work out of town u try to live on 15$ day meal expense and if u can get reimbursed back that's the problem with this company people that aren't important get noticed and the real people that make u noticeable to your execs go on unnoticed and under compensated but next time "VP" just remember what part of the totem pole that really does deserve "RAISES"
I'm glade that number does not affect me. I just received my bonus and a nice raise.
