Due to shrinking revenue SYNTEL is going to make Saturday as working days. Top management has already made 24/Oct and 12/Dec as working days to cover up some revenue for this Quarter. Further from Q1’ 2016 – only 2nd and 4th Saturdays will be off and rest all Saturdays will be working. This is another example of management policies which are pro-employer and against employees.
