Here in Tx, if your full time status is ft35 and you are scheduled less than that, you can go to Texas Workforce and they will pay the difference. You have to be scheduled your minimum status or unemployment will have to kick in the rest.

What happened to Mackey's 36-hour minimum? Down here full timers get 36 even if it means budget deficit. I'm waiting for the labor percents to fall again. Should be interesting.
