First they fired and now people are firing back with resignations. 3 months back they were asking people to go in 90 mins., now they are forcing people for staying 90 days. This is slavery and not letting other grow.

such high attrition means lot of saving in salary and other expenses. expect great results this quarter. looks 10000 people more than enough for running the company for the little business it has(only 2-3 major account).
