The SOuthwest regional team is horrible. Nona, always has a fake smile. Travels and brags weekly about how she travels. Marianne, Molly, and etc do whatever they can to save their ass. I have seen them tell stl's that a store looks great after walking into the store without looking at the department. I have also seen them be very critical of another store. That shows how inconsistent and howmuch favoritism goes on there.

College buddies 173766? Most of these people barely graduated high school. At least in the metroplex. Most are old buddies from the original Greenville ave. store.
Oh the NE is the worst by far- Napoleon goes around screaming and threatening everyone to make her look good or kiss her royal A.. Mackey is afraid of her- must be or he has been full of it himself for years talking about not accepting dictatorship management style!!
It's all about who you know. They don't care about hard work or initiative, it's all double speak.
Same exact situation in SO. The stupid is strong here and it starts right at the top with the figurehead who mysteriously rose from dishwasher to RVP in a couple of years then of course he told (and re-told and re-told and re-told) the story every five minutes. Of course that qualified him to become RP sarcasm, yet he seems to be shockingly ignorant of how to actually manage anything and did nothing but put his cronies into key roles. WHY? Everyone is either a family member, ex-wife/husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, college buddy, married, whatever. Oh and don't forget old Harry's Farmers Market buddies. I love how they blame competition and old technology. Well....every business has to plan for competition and who allowed the technology to deteriorate for 30 years?
Leadership in the Southwest is wack. They're all college buddies, married to one another, or family members. Hard work will get you nowhere and it's all about your connections in the company. No wonder the stores are failing...
