No raise for the poor but big bonus for the CEO!

Gently used Gulfstream for Dir. who manages to PIP the most workers in his group.
Just had review today. Top performer, so they want to keep me. 60K bonus, 7% merit with promo and 15K RSU. Was disappointed that the numbers were so much smaller than last few reviews .... Then I woke up.
2nd place is a set of steak knives. Third place is you're fired
should not be - still keep eyes on MR see if a brave soul asks same question about his bonus last time and what his reason would be for earning it this time.
Bonus is you get to keep your job. Raise will happen when stock hits 80 again. Haha!
