I hope to see all of my colleagues on the other side, regardless of who they work for. I see here a lot of the same that we are feeling.

COP likely is just as bad. I worked there 20+ years ending in being laid off. Now that I'm at CVX what I do notice that we here have 4 to 6 people for every real job where at COP they realized only one competent person was required for each job.
