Please HR let them go, they are just walking around in non sense meetings doing nothing!! They deserve to stay home and do some backyard work

Please let go of my grandpa. He is at meetings all day and he makes no contributions. He has never come to see me or my dad since he abandoned him and my grandma. He is 60+ and he works in W. If u see him please tell him to come see us. I bought a rocking chair so he can sit me down on his lap and tell me about the good ol' days at qualcomm when he used to check his facebook all day.

Thanks 174195, It bothers me when I see anyone slacking on a regular basis. Of course I understand almost everyone has lost of motivation lately. But we should either move on or give it our best at Da Q.

Yes you are one of the valuable people that Qualcomm should stay, I am specifically pointing to people in W who don't do exactly the things you do...work hard, keep up with technology etc, do you think is fair to come go meetings everyday and check internet for hours?
I'm 60, work steady about 10 hours a day. Younger engineers can't keep up, get tired and go home. I've already made every mistake there is so don't waste energy on dead ends. Three patents granted this year and several new apps filed. Still study everyday. I don't work in W, do you think that's the difference?
