P66 bought Conoco when it was going out of business. Conoco people with Some Arco have been in control of upstream for the last 10 years. P66 have been rooted out of the company slowly but surely since the merger.

I cannot figure out how/why y'all think P66 is the problem. 1) the split was Jim Mulva's brainchild and final screw you to Conoco, not Ryan Lance 2) P66 Downstream has ALWAYS been where upstream sucked their money from to "weather the storm". The only thing P66 is guilty of is doing the things COP should have been doing if there had been proper leadership from the get go! I was initially a Ryan Lance fan, however....not so much anymore. He an his entire management team have been VERY short-sighted nothing butTremendous respect for Mr. Garland and his management team-

Please stop blaming P66. The damage is because of the great Exec leaders (Matt Fox - who barely knows anything about doing business and of course his boss Ryan Lance). CoP is in a deep Sh**t
