I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the SDO Management for going that extra mile during this transition period and making sure all the 3rd party couriers have all the resources needed to be successful. I can only imagine how much better the SDO'S could have been if that kind of dedication would have been taken with the Staples Fleet operations.

the money they save by third party will not make up for all the business they loose its all comes down to service not price

In our region the 3rd party is going out with about 3000 pcs and coming back with 6-700 RDL's.
If they did a great job in trainig why are they bringing some of the SDO'S back?
