I had an interview at SAIC today, it was going great but when I mentioned I was in QCT he did not say anything but seemed to lose interest. Anyone else have this happen ?

OP, I'm not a Q employee anymore, and I was able to find a comparable job just fine. That said, you have some mental issue thinking it's enjoyable to lose one's job. For the most part, significant others are pretty understanding about job losses. And if they are not, it's a great thing to find out about it sooner versus later so you you can ditch the partner as soon as possible. Because if you think a job loss is the worst thing that can happen in one's life, or the worst thing that can happen to destroy a relationship, think again. A job loss is the least benign of all the possible things that can go wrong in your life or a relationship. A lot of the other things that can happen to you, you have far less control than a job loss. And it's not a question of "if" something worse will happen to you at some point in your life. It's simply a matter of "when". Obviously, you've never been in a relationship to understand that, or for that matter, probably have never been laid (unless you paid for it. In that case, hopefully you don't get aids)....
