For individuals with information associated with lawsuits against ConocoPhillips please do share. Please do share the causation. Please do share the law firm. And for those in the US please do contact the EEOC for issues associated with labor laws such as discrimination. ConocoPhillips did use the layoffs as a method to clean house of individuals involved in labor law disputes. For all practical purposes, the employees does not have a case unless the employee is fired for cause. The selection process is very discrete for a purpose. The supervisors and directors are often unaware of the layoffs of employees until after the fact.
