Seeing spots getting reserved and created for reserved. My guess is cabs or shuttles to take all the carpoolers home. Those spots weren't there like that before. Looks like bville could get hit painfully.

Wow. Talk about naive. That tar isn't for the roof. Watch out for bags of feathers.
Not everything that happens downtown has to do with the coming layoffs. The new reserved parking spots are because the parking lot behind the Phillips building that also had COP parking is closed while they work on the roof of the Phillips building.
I mean more than one thus why I said "spots". You must be one of those overpaid analysts "what do you mean by 'variance'" to justify your $90,000 salary.

That's for the layoffs of people with company cars. Have one? Worry....
Best guess, parking spots blocked for transportation to take the employees home after the layoff. Not a good week to car pool.
