Called them up to see what the deal is. They will not tell you what the deal is until you are collecting unemployment and agree to their financial counselling session. Their info on their website is not clear enough to actually be very useful. My original post here was deleted. I fully expect this one to be deleted as well. As far as I've been able to determine, the program actually doesn't exist in the way it's supposed to. You tax $s @ work again.
