We were 4 members in a team...I was only employee in my team and had 3 expensive contractors ...I was SGL-12 making under $100k and contractors would charge $130/Hr translates to $260k/year/per contractor as they are full time..
Management decided to CHOP me off and keep the contractors... decision was not due to performance...i have been better performing for the most part (received various special recognition awards).... but only because some VP/Manager who knew nothing about the team and randomly decided to layoff me and keep contractors.... WoW Well-done COP.... Really was this from COST project? can any justify or give any logical reason of this action? i cant find any... Believe me guys only thing that matters at COP is how well you LICK BALLS of senior management... nothing will change this culture.... i am disappointed on not being on payroll but very very happy to be out of COP...this culture is bound to destroy the company
