This is probably a STL that wrote that, out of touch with his store his team members & what it means to be a true leader. At the quarry you have to kiss his ass to succeed. His family is broken just like his store!
No, quarry stl is out for himself. Leads with positivity on the floor and intimidation and force behind closed doors. Great acting skills? Not really. Doesn't even know himself. Changes his opinions and passions about as often as he changes his douche bag haircut.
Maybe that's your problem. Ur real family clearly raised u to believe u r owed everything. Wfm culture definitely didn't seem to help you with that. And neither will the severance package that they didn't owe you. Life never gets easier with an entitled attitude. Good luck with that.
Family? I never would've been tossed out by my family. Support? Haven't heard from any leadership nor have I received phone calls back that I was promised. Quarry now is world's away from Quarry I started at. I just want my package already so I can move on and never look back.
