Karen isn't smart but will do anything to collect her paycheck...Shes actually one of the worst excuses for a human..While I am certain there are good CEO's she clearly isn't one..I cover the company on the FB page Neiman Marcus sucks.. the horror stories coming out of the company never cease

Seriously. Laying off people without consulting managers and letting them decide who to cut is probably the most boneheaded thing she's allowed to happen.
