EEOC - L-3 Anywhere? Darlings, this can't just be a little ole southern thing, can it?

WORD UP, WACO, et al. L-3 has issues all over the place, honey bunnies! If any of ya'll think that you may be incorrectly classified in your current job, or perhaps you feel you have been for YEARS, you would do yourself a favor to educate yourself, talk amongst yourselves, do some research, document, document, document. If your claim has real merit, it will be addressed. Trust me. On the other hand, if you are just complaining, because you hate your job, your boss, your stinky cube mate, you didn't go to college like your mama wanted, or your face is broken out, then it won't. Point is: L-3 is as vulnerable to the DOL and to EEOC charges as any other company. Especially now. Check the stock prices. Google L-3 and the Wall Street Journal. However, your claim must have "teeth." Spouting off won't cut it. Documentation, however, gives you a fighting chance. This Tiny Little Girl has seen it all. Including employees wrongly classified for years now getting their due. Trust her. Document.

All that being said, this TLG is not a proponent of "biting the hand that feeds her" for no reason. And, I am certainly not advocating that here. However, if, by chance, that hand is keeping ANYONE from buying the occasional rib eye, when in fact, they should be able to afford said rib eye,instead of hamburger, then "it is, what it is."

Oh just come to Waco, if your are the right shade. You will be a PM in no time. Once in you can get laid off every few years, and ride right back in as soon as "The Letter" get sent.
