I say it's the NY TMs that thought it was cool to scale up pricing. Could that be the match that started this fire?

Absolutely not TMs fault. They made this decision a year ago and customer service was going to be first.
As a tm, i rezero the scale before using it. They are supposed to be checked regularly by admin ~ssi
As to tares and tagging in my store you had better put the correct tare weight or it was a write up.
Asparagus water baffles me because we didn't have it in the system when i was helping out after a call out and i would never have made it because it's the nasty smelling stuff produce cleans out of their display trays.
Every store everywhere has these problems it started in California before New York. That being said ne region leadership is terrible and help this layoff happen. It is certainly not tms fault they do there best with to little time and training
Gee, RL Risner...I guess you can remember what a good tm you were when you collect YOUR severance :)
If your asking why your making such a ridiculous product like asparagus water, do you seriously think they're going to change their minds? Oh...Risner your right!! What were we thinking?! We'll simply change our product line JUST BECAUSE YOU QUESTIONED IT.
RL Rinsler is to blame for the layoffs! He/she didn't make sure all the scales in the NY store were calibrated. RL Rinsler is responsible for the asparagus water fiasco. let's all blame this person! This person clearly is to blame for the layoffs. That person is the one who thought it was "cool" to overcharge customers. Let's get 'em!
Idiot
Are you going to question your leadership or corporate WHY we're making asparagus waters??
-Yes, I would. I would ask, "So just to double check, the whole stalk goes in the water?"
Are you in charge of making sure your equipment is running the way it's supposed to?
-Absolutely YES! Hey, boss this machine is not working right, can you call a technician.
TM's don't run the store.
-indirectly we do.
TM's don't make the schedules
- we set our availablity, so yes we write our own schedule
If your blaming TM's, perhaps you should look at how YOU helped in these layoffs!!
I never said tm's were mindless zombies! Are you going to question your leadership or corporate WHY we're making asparagus waters?? Are you in charge of making sure your equipment is running the way it's supposed to? You obviously took that statement the wrong way!! Your leadership makes your list of things your supposed to make and pack. It's your job to follow directions no matter how stupid it seems to you. If it IS something rediculous, that's all on leadership...NOT TM's!! They make the decisions....let them take the blame for all the shit going on. TM's don't run the store. TM's don't make the schedules, create the product or make the recipes!
Christina Minardi openly said to many people in the NE "oh it's not that big of a deal. We can just pay the fees and move on"
This woman's lack of leadership and lack of integrity helped propel this scandal. She should be held responsible for her part in this. Yet, her and her group of favorites stay untouched
"All tm's do are pack and tag. They do what their told. But to blame tm's is egregious!"

So we are just mindless zombies?
We are all TMs from top to bottom. I include anyone and everyone involved in that fiasco. Things took a turn for the worst once that news broke. Just trying to identify the "butterfly" that is the cause of this storm.
How dare you!! Tm's are not in charge of setting prices. Maybe poor training on how tare weight works on the scales. Maybe the scales need to be calibrated, maybe that store needs to update their systems so that product can be more accurately weighed and priced. I highly doubt tm's are actively mislabeling or adding weight to products. Tm's are not in charge of creating product (asparagus water). those come from corporate! They are the one's who decide what gets sold in the store! All tm's do are pack and tag. They do what their told. But to blame tm's is egregious!
I wouldn't say it was the match, but I would say that the company's reaction to it and the way they've handled it has been one of the triggers to the mess we're in now. Seeing that town hall video with 2 guys from leadership saying that a W&M audit at one of the stores with 3 or 4 violations was a "huge success" was really a mind-blowing experience :(
REALLY TMS fault!? Just like asparagus water!? Blame the TMs. We r being blamed by likes of you fl rinz hole when the blame should b put on RP's and above atw to the C.E.O.!
