scab? I could give my tm id- but I'd get fired. unions had their day-maybe they lay off a higher paid 'leader' if stores were not profitable and team members could defend themselves collectively, without union dues/negativity. continuous work collective. I'm smart. ur not. lol
17 yr capped out tm is one of the reasons why your team had problems making labor. Can't hire new people or have proper leadership bc 17yr tm is making more than ATL and refuses to do anything other than what they've always done since 1997. "I've always done it this way!" and "I'll outlast this leadership group, so screw them." Sucks you lost your job, but you should have moved up and out a long time ago.
