Anybody on here part of the liner hanger business unit? What's your location and what have you heard?

Just heard they were willing to sell the VersFlex liner hanger business and Baker was going to give up some of their cementing business in order to get the merger okay'd. That is surprising as the VersaFlex has been such a money maker for ten years or more. Of course, some that I know will sell their own momma if it will get them o up the ladder.
