It will stop when Watson steps down and takes 4 rungs of top management with him.
When PRC STOPS GIVING CONTROL OF OUR PROJECTS TO THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO CLEAN US OUT AND POORLY EXECUTE
It will stop when the MCP's are online and producing. The projects are too far along to stop and the older assets are reaching diminishing returns.
It will stop after we don't start any new Major Capital Projects or when we clean house if our inept management positions.
