Receiving getting cut in hours! Who will scan in all this crap? My dock is open 7 days a week; on a major cutback, who's going to help with deliveries? Are we ever to be offered a severance? Any news?????

Some stores had EIGHT RECEIVERS???? jesus christ. how is that even a thing?? unless receiving was open like 18 hours a day?
They eliminated our store receiver/ backup cashup... then said they are gunna have to reach out to find help...... hello, you layed off the help!
My STL told my lead receiver that direct quote "receivers are safe" but hasn't yet mentioned a single word to me (a store receiver). we are only open 6 days a week in my region (short day Saturday) but have two full time receivers so I'm sure we'll get cut. THE CRAZY THING: 1 month ago, my RC came and said they were giving us more labor hours?? So either they are talking out of their asses OR even regional level didn't know what was up. Either way, now no one is saying a peep
Anonymous169773 Lamar had four. The guidelines for the number of receivers created by these lay offs was 3 receivers for stores that make up to 1.4 million a week. The guidelines didn't go any higher than that. Lamar does over 2 million a week. It seems pretty logical that they deserve 4. Especially since their competition in the company is stores like Columbus Circle who have 8 receivers.
If the receivers quit..hm..
My STL Dennis Berryman doesn't even understand how IRMA works. It's fun to watch him pretend he does
How many did you have Lamar?
Lamar lost a receiver
Receivers know more than the STL's in some cases, maintain a scan average of 100%, deal with store deliveries, Are open 6-7 days a week, on top of being underpaid. Now they expect us to do it on 4o-6o hours a week with 1 full time Lead, being so vital to the store, will they ever cut us a severance package? Receivers are one of the first positions other than STL at new stores, most of us will have to leave with no severance package and have STL's expect us to be grateful we still have a job!
