So how can we make it as hard as possible once we get the call? Like don't even bring your laptop to work, leave your red card and cell at home? Any ideas?

Go buy some shrimp snd take it to work frozen in plastic bag. Place it judiciously in secret places you know cleaning staff will miss. Behind books. In desk drawer.
They will wonder days from now what the stink is and where it is coming from

Ok, we get it you are pissed, we all are pissed to some extent. You can do what you suggest Anonymous169582 but it will end in more trouble than it is worth. Consider they will require the return of these items before they pay your severance. Now if you super clue that laptop or other items to your desk that might actually be funny. Or maybe, fill your file and or desk drawers with spray expanding foam. I am not telling you should do these things but…………………………….

Yes, thats the messed up thing about this. Thise recent hires (less than 3-yrs) will attest to the lack of onboarding, difficult systems, uncooperative coworkers and hiding of information. Who really believes that the SPIRIT values exist? There was always that underlying culture from thise that had been at ConocoPhillips a long time of sadistic uncooperation.
