I've attended 3 workshops for resumé writing, entrepreneural skills and general overview. Not a single person is an H1B. Some of these classes have 50+ people.
This is sad and unfair.

You don't see them, because they have to return home. Trust me, many H1B's have been affected by this.
I did not see one H1B at any of my Christian church support group for those Qcom employees laid off. No Indians anywhere.
The only people I saw get notices in my division were Indians and white guys who were green card holders or US citizens and we're hard to work with.

they don't get laid off. they get re-located back to Bangalore... along with their work. QCA is outsourcing all its work to Taiwan, and soon will have a massive layoff of what's left in San Jose.

Just do as all h1bs do and write every technical acronym on your resume whether you know it or not.
H1Bs don't need resume meaning services. They are technical. I used resume making services at my previous employer. They screwed up my resume. Removed all technical stuff. I did it on my own.
