The reason HR doesn't do anything about manager affairs is because at least three of them have done the same with a manager, GM, hourly outfitter.
Johns the GM is nothing more than Burtch's puppet! The regionals or whatever they're called are a total waste of payroll dollars. If they add so much value why is the company doing so poorly in retail sales?

Hamburg leads have been caught sleeping and doing their college homework on company time! HR and store Mgr knows NOTHING gets done about it!! Mgrs are told they can't even instruct their outfitters what to do, they must kiss their butts to do the job they are getting paid for!!
I have worked with Burtch and Fuller, Burtch is the biggest waste of Cabelas $! Fuller is miserable and too she is HORRIBLE to work for! There's so much crap at the Hamburg store! Leads and mgrs having affairs, all over each other while on company time HR knows DOES NOTHING!

the fact that you dont like Burtch shows your character, or lack of. He is an amazing leader and if you dont enjoy working for him then you obviously have deep rooted issues that cant be related to where you work or who you work for.
